You may also like to consider joining the parish Gift Aid scheme, which enables the parish to receive an additional 25% in tax for all the monies donated by taxpayers. To join the Gift Aid scheme please complete the Gift Aid Declaration Form and Gift Aid Standing Order Form forms by using the downloadable links. The comments on the front and reverse of the Gift Declaration Form should be noted. When completed the forms should be returned to Ian Dallas, 47 High Street, Knaphill, Woking, GU21 2PX.
